seeingyouHello, passengers! You’ve all survived your first month in space, so give yourselves a round of applause … just not out in space, because you won’t be able to hear it.
First up, we have a few housekeeping items:
1. Please double check that you have joined the comms and filled out all info pages for your character, including taken, housing, and player contact.
2a. Please also make sure you have filled out pairing info! October will be our first month of pairings, and if you don’t have information available, you may not be paired or you may be assigned at random.
2b. Please check out the above-linked pairing info, chat with other players, and decide on whether you’d like to try out an arranged temporary pairing. Once you’ve got that hammered out, please make your requests for October here, no later than Friday, Oct. 2, at midnight CT. Pairing info and a mingle log will be posted on Oct. 3. If you wish to be randomized, please make a note of that. If you do not respond, you will be randomized at mod whim.
3. Here’s your reminder to fill out your activity check! Since this is everyone’s first month, all you need to do is set up your reporting link. This needs to be done no later than midnight CT on Monday, Oct. 5.
4. If you plan to claim specialty items from this month’s planet visit, please make sure to request them no later than midnight on Wednesday, Sept. 30.
5. We’ve decided to increase the per-player character limit from two to three. Bring us more disasters!
